What do I get when I buy a dataset?

You receive a CSV/XLSX file with cleaned contact rows, ready for CRM upload. Each row typically includes name, title, company, industry, location, email, phone/WhatsApp when public, enrichment signals (tech stack, headcount, revenue range), plus a data dictionary. We also include a short usage note so you know how it was validated and any filters applied.

How fast is delivery?

Instant for standard packs. Custom briefs ship in 1–3 business days depending on scope and regions. Before work starts, we confirm the ETA, your exact filters, and the expected field coverage so there are no surprises. Rush options are available for time-sensitive campaigns.

Do you replace bounces?

Yes. If you hit hard bounces above the coverage threshold for your tier, we provide replacements within the correction window (typically 7–14 days for standard packs, faster for large/XL tiers). Share the bounce codes or a sample file and we’ll reissue replacements promptly.

How is data validated?

We run multi-step checks: MX/SMTP pings where allowed, disposable/role filtering, deduplication against prior deliveries, enrichment consistency checks, and recency scoring for phones/WhatsApp where public. We remove obvious traps and stale signals before you receive the file.

Is usage compliant?

We source from public/consented signals and expect users to follow local outreach rules. Opt-outs are honored, and regional suppression can be applied on request. We recommend complying with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/PECR style rules: include sender details, honor unsubscribes, and target only relevant recipients.

Can you exclude our existing customers?

Yes. Provide suppression domains, existing customer lists, or specific do-not-contact fields. We’ll remove them before delivery on custom briefs and keep them suppressed for future refreshes if you ask.

How do I request a custom dataset?

Use the Order page to share region, industry, titles, seniority, tech/firmographic filters, and desired volume. We’ll reply with a fixed quote, ETA, and a proposed field list to confirm before we start. You can also reach us via Quick Contact or WhatsApp for faster scoping.

What formats do you support?

CSV and XLSX by default. We can also map columns to your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), deliver JSON, or split files by region/segment for easier imports. If you need custom headers or a sample row, let us know before delivery.

How do I get help after purchase?

Reply to your delivery email or reach us via the Contact page. For larger tiers you’ll have a dedicated manager with faster SLA and scheduled syncs. Need corrections or replacements? Send the bounce/error sample and we typically respond same business day.
