Overview
PixelLeads (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides downloadable business datasets and custom data services for legitimate B2B outreach and research. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and PixelLeads regarding your use of our site, account, orders, and downloads.
- Scope: applies to all purchases, subscriptions, accounts, trials, and custom briefs.
- Updates: we may revise Terms; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
- Conflicts: if a written contract with PixelLeads conflicts with these Terms, that contract prevails.
Use of Our Service
You agree to use PixelLeads responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. We do not permit abusive or illegal activity and may suspend access to protect the platform or third parties.
Allowed
- B2B prospecting, market research, lead scoring, and segmentation within your company.
- Importing into your own CRM/marketing stack for lawful, opt-out compliant outreach.
- Creating derived insights/analytics for internal use.
Not Allowed
- Spam, harassment, scams, or unlawful discrimination.
- Automated scraping of our files, directory brute force, or account sharing.
- Resale/redistribution of raw data without a separate license.
Accounts & Access
To place orders or download files you may need an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential.
- Use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security controls we provide.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a breach of security.
- We may require identity or company verification for large/custom orders.
License & Restrictions
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset internally within your organization. Unless you obtain extended rights, you may not share files outside your company or include them in public products.
- Permitted: use by your employees/contractors for your company’s sales/marketing/research.
- Restricted: resell, rent, sublicense, publish raw records, or seed competing datasets.
- Contact us for OEM/Reseller or embedded use licenses.
Purchases & Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless specified. Taxes may apply based on your billing region. Transactions are processed via our payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers.
Instant Delivery
Standard packs are available for download immediately after successful payment. You also receive an email receipt with your links.
Invoices
Business invoices include company name, address, tax ID (if provided), product, quantity, and paid status. Contact support for edits.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is flagged for review, access may be paused until verification is complete to prevent fraud/chargebacks.
Refund Policy
Because data becomes accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited. We aim to be fair and practical—our goal is your successful campaign.
- Eligible: corrupted files, duplicate purchases, download issues, or materially incorrect product listing.
- Process: contact support within 7 days; provide order ID and a brief description. We may offer replacement, complementing segments, or store credit.
- Not Eligible: results that vary by campaign, post-download change of mind, or misuse of data against these Terms.

Data Accuracy & Responsibility
We run validations (syntax, MX checks, de-duplication, role filters) and frequent spot QA. However, no dataset is perfect—businesses change, domains expire, people move roles.
- Performance varies by message, offer, timing, deliverability stack, and targeting quality.
- You are responsible for lawful usage and honoring opt-outs/unsubscribe requests.
- Where required, you must run your own compliance screening (e.g., GDPR/PDPA/CAN-SPAM).
Intellectual Property
The website, brand assets, content, and compiled datasets are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy site design or repackage our data as a competing product.
- Logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
- We grant no rights except those expressly stated in these Terms or a written license.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelLeads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present risk to the platform or third parties. If terminated for cause, your license to any downloaded data is revoked and you must delete local copies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia (unless a different jurisdiction is specified in an order form or separate agreement). Venue and jurisdiction shall lie with the appropriate courts.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect feature updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page.
